We have just completed the Bronze level classes with Benn. Frank is a nervous dog and is reactive to new people. Benn was fantastic at ensuring Frank was comfortable throughout our sessions without taking away anything from the learning experience. Frank really enjoyed the sessions and grew in confidence during the block of lessons. Benn was knowledgeable about Scent detection and adjusted the level of challenge to match the pace of Frank's learning. We have signed up for the silver level course with Benn and would definitely recommend his courses.
